 Refund Policy

At Happy Tails & Yev™, we care deeply about the satisfaction of both you and your pet. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received

- Proof of purchase is required


In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

2. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Personalized or custom-made products

- Items marked as final sale

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable


Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

4. Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly arrange a replacement where applicable.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
