At Happy Tails & Yev™, we deeply care about the satisfaction of you and your pet. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

    — Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received

    — Proof of purchase is required

Customers located in European Union also have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providin a reson (EU consumer law).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

    — Personalized or custom-made products

    — Items marked as final sale

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

    — Refunds are issued to the original payment method

    — Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

4. Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly arrange a replacement where applicable.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
